Background
NTNU currently uses the learning management system(LMS) Blackboard to manage their assignments and schedules.
As NTNUs contract with Blackboard is running out soon, this assignment focused on identifying how a potential new LMS would address the needs of both students and NTNU staff.
We went through a complete design process, interviewing students and staff, prioritizing insight, creating low-fi prototypes, creating a design system and final prototyping for both mobile and desktop.
